<h3>My Story</h3>I didn’t take the straight path. At 19, I dropped out of college to become a young father, forced to grow up faster than my age allowed. While others my age were still chasing freedom, and identity, I was chasing survival.Those years taught me a brutal truth; if I didn’t figure out how to create value, my family and I wouldn’t eat. I became obsessed with how to retail my time instead of wholesaling it away. Every company I worked for became my classroom. I reverse-engineered departments, dissected responsibilities, and learned every role until I knew it better than the people paid to run it.That obsession and drive made me stand out, and not always in ways management liked. At every corporate level, from supervisors, managers to directors, I became a threat to their position. My proficiency made them uncomfortable, especially with all my questions. My hunger made them insecure. I had to learn to “tone it down” just to keep my job. But privately, I called it paid training.One truth burned into me early; if I could sell, I would never go hungry.That obsession took me into administration, wireless communication, mortgage to corporate lending, Credit, and brokering financial services. Each step layered on new skills, infrastructure, compliance, capital, credit, underwriting, and eventually private equity and corporate structuring. Those experiences gave me the foundation to guide companies through reorganizations, capital raises, and ultimately into managing startup private wealth funds.<h3>How I Think</h3>At my core, I’m an INFJ-T, intuitive, empathetic, and alignment-driven. I’m also an epistemophiliac, autodidact, and polymath, fueled by an insatiable hunger to learn across disciplines.That curiosity is more than personality, it’s a system of survival. The same way I once reverse-engineered every department as an employee, I now reverse-engineer entire companies infrastructures as a consultant. I see the moving parts, the blind spots, the bottlenecks others miss. And with today’s tools, especially artificial intelligence (AI), I turn insights that once took weeks, to months into clarity within hours.This is why today, I operate proficiently across every layer of business, executive, technical, compliance, and financial. That absence became my purpose: to be the clarity, the confidante, and the advocate I once needed.<h3>The Rise &amp; Collapse</h3>By 27, I became the first in my family to cross seven figures. I was interviewed by Bloomberg, drove exotic cars, and owned multiple properties and real estate investments. I was surrounded by wealth, celebrities, artists, fame, and money, and then, in what felt like an instant, I was left with only $100 to my name.During the mortgage implosion of 2005. Overnight, wealth vanished. Properties collapsed. Investments bled out. Stocks, tumbled. The life I thought I had built slipped through my fingers. What followed that December was even darker; the collapse of my marriage that lacked respect, the fracture with my son that I swore to cultivate and protect, and nights spent staring at the ceiling into silence, and darkness wondering if I would ever rebuild.Fast forward through resilience, newfound hope, love, and raising a newborn in a new environment, reinventing myself piece by piece, I learned that downfall is the greatest teacher and blessing in disguise.I’ve been betrayed by failed partnerships, dragged down by greed, exploited through conflicts of interest, and bled dry by double-dipping, corner-cutting, and unethical practices. I lost family and friends in the process, and I’ve sat across from clients as they shared their own horror stories of the same. Those scars taught me to see the patterns early, to anticipate the day, that inevitable wake-up call, when bringing friends or extended family into business turns toxic. Parasitic energy doesn’t just destroy businesses, it eats away at relationships and trust, leaving scars deeper than the financial loss.Looking back, I wish I had established stronger boundaries sooner, clearer roles, professional agreements, and real accountability. Mixing business with family or friends is common and it can work, but without structure it almost always collapses. The truth is, 60% of these setups fail by year five, and I lived through that statistic. That pain became my turning point.Now, those lessons are my weapon. I’ve learned to cut through the noise fast, to identify the red flags, and to protect not just my own dealings but also my clients. I help them set the structure, boundaries, and agreements that prevent parasitic energy from draining their business or destroying their relationships.And when the dust settled, I realized the people who truly stood the test of time were so few I could count them on one hand. That’s when I knew who my real friends were, and it proved a truth I’ll never forget, blood isn’t always thicker than water.The patterns are universal; when leaders surround themselves with the wrong people, when they cut corners, when they ignore alignment, the business always collapses. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly, but always inevitably.
